I spent the whole weekend with slipping into the role of Meister Proper. Together with my ex-roommate Frank we started cleaning our previous three room apartment. In Switzerland one is used to pass over a totally cleaned apartment to the owner when you leave it. You are free to clean it up by your own or arrange a service to handle it for you. They charge at about half the rental fee (just my personal experiance). So Frank and I decided to use that money as \”investment\” for the new apartment and spend our spare time instead to get windows, walls, floors, refrigerator, oven etc. etc. as glistening as necessary 😉
